I'm in the beyond 65+ crowd. Always a science guy I was fortunate to have a very physical job for much of my adult life. I was a professional chemist and did a lot of climbing. After that, I taught secondary science and math. After a Master's degree from Texas Tech, even worked on a PhD but the Army made me an offer I couldn't refuse. I went into counselling and specialized in disability programs and assistive technology. It was one of the best things I ever did. Well, short of marrying my wife Debbie.
I'm still learning and still writing. I'll elaborate more as we go along. At this point the site is evolving rapidly.
