Don't wait for 55 - It starts at 45

No matter your age: a lifetime of wellness and lifelong learning is the goal.



This website assumes that you are a mature adult. From the perspective of 25, 45 you can't even see 45 on the horizon.

When you approach your 40s, you may noticed that you aren't as fit or as strong as you once were. You would probably like to at least maintain your fitness or even get back to where you were not too long ago.

I'm not a doctor nor some kind of guru, though I was a counselor at one time. At 74, I am on a wellness track that is working for me. It is based on sound principles that I have gained through a lifetime of experience.
