This website assumes that you are a mature adult. You may have noticed that you aren't as fit or as strong as you once were. You would like to at least maintain your fitness or get back to where you were.
I'm not a doctor or some kind of guru, though I was a counselor at one time. At 74, I am on a wellness track that is working for me. It is based on sound principles that I have gained through a lifetime of experience.
